Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the SavvyTravel mobile app or visiting savvytravel.app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use SavvyTravel. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit video URLs for content you do not have the right to process (e.g., private accounts where you are not the owner).
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal personal use.
• Abuse the AI itinerary generation feature in a way that exceeds reasonable personal travel planning use.

4. Third-party content and links

SavvyTravel processes publicly available metadata from TikTok and Instagram Reels on your behalf. We do not host, store, or re-distribute video files. Responsibility for the legality of the content you submit rests with you.

AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of place names, opening hours, or any other specific information in generated plans. Always verify details before travel.

5. Intellectual property

The SavvyTravel app, its design, and all original content we create are owned by or licensed to SavvyTravel. You retain ownership of any trip data and content you create using the Service.

You grant SavvyTravel a limited licence to store and process your trip content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of SavvyTravel require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are displayed in the app before purchase. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavvyTravel's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SavvyTravel is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
